Customer Success Manager North America at TOPdesk

Aiive Biermans began their work experience in 2010 as a Horeca assistant in several restaurants and bars. In 2015, they volunteered for the Unity drugs education project and worked as a social worker at Pluryn. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a trainer and coordinator at HockeyWerkt.nl. In 2017, they became a Specialist Mental Health Care employee at Pro Persona. In 2018, they volunteered at Thabarwa and started working as a Junior consultant at Klimaatroute. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Consultant at Klimaatroute, and then became a Senior Consultant until October 2021. Since February 2022, they have been a Customer Success Manager at TOPdesk. Additionally, Aiive Biermans played in the Player First (Field) Hockey Team at MHC HBS and RKHV Union from 2012 to 2021.

Aiive Biermans attended Canisius College from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their HAVO degree. Following this, they enrolled in Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2017 to pursue a field of study in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening.
