Elzemieke Jongkoen has a diverse work experience. They started their career at ILUMY digital innovation as a Marketing and Communication intern in 2014. After that, Elzemieke worked at DUS | De Utrechtse Stadsvrijheid as an Account Manager & Event Producer, responsible for sales, event planning, production, and invoicing from April 2019 to April 2021. They then joined TOPdesk as an Account Manager from April 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Elzemieke is working as a Customer Success Manager in the Business Unit Professional Services at TOPdesk, responsible for optimizing customer service by utilizing the company's tools effectively.

Elzemieke Jongkoen completed their Bachelor of Communications degree at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2011 to 2015.
