Fernanda Milan

Fernanda Milan's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Fernanda started their career as an Estagiária Comercial at Bematech S/A, where they focused on serving clients in the food industry, addressing their inquiries, creating sales proposals, and handling order processing. Fernanda then worked as an Inside Sales representative at Network1, managing hardware, software, and service distribution for large projects and bids. Fernanda was responsible for quoting, negotiating, and tracking import processes. After that, they joined Crediclass Company as an Assistant Sales Specialist, involved in establishing the Back Office area, documenting processes, and organizing sales documentation. Fernanda also handled various tasks related to consorcio and financing. Afterwards, they moved on to GRVPPE as an Inside Sales representative, primarily focused on Microsoft licensing sales. Fernanda conducted sales consultations, presented solutions, and prepared commercial quotes and proposals. Most recently, Fernanda has been working at TOPdesk as an Account Manager. In this role, they manage opportunities and new business, builds relationships with clients, conducts presentations, negotiates and prepares commercial proposals, and supports marketing campaigns and events. Fernanda also oversees the entire sales cycle and ensures customer satisfaction.

Fernanda Milan has a diverse education history. In 2013-2014, they attended Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, where they pursued a degree in Tecnologia em Gestão Comercial, with a field of study in Administração e Negócios. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they studied Artes Visuais at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, specializing in Artes Visuais, Dança e Teatro. In 2010-2011, they attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, pursuing a degree in Técnico em Design de Móveis, with a field of study in Design de Interiores. Additionally, Fernanda obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2023.
