Jessica van der Zweth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica started their career in 2012 as a Peercoach at Hogeschool Rotterdam, where they provided support and guidance to fellow students. In 2013, they had an internship at Leads to Loyals, followed by a role as a Wedstrijd secretaris at EBV Baros. In 2015, Jessica worked as an Afstudeerstagair at MN, and in 2016, they joined Nictiz as an Afstudeerder.

In 2018, Jessica joined TOPdesk, where they held multiple roles over the years. Jessica started as a Global Accounts Consultant and Project Manager, focusing on ITIL implementations and internal coaching. In 2019, they briefly supported TOPdesk's partner ITsoftware in Stockholm as a Service Management Consultant. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Talent Lead in 2020 and subsequently became a Business Unit Manager for Global Accounts in 2021. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Domain Expert Support NL/BE at TOPdesk, showcasing their evolving responsibilities and expertise in the company.

Jessica van der Zweth completed their education in a chronological order. Jessica attended IJsselcollege from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a HAVO degree with a focus on Economie & Maatschappij. Following that, they enrolled at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business IT & Management. In 2014, they briefly studied at the University of Greenwich, focusing on International Business. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Informatics at Utrecht University.
