Jacob Rasmussen

Jacob Rasmussen is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and developing data products. As a Senior Engineering Manager at Route since July 2019, Jacob has led data engineering and analytics teams, focusing on building data products and implementing reusable data solutions to enhance data consistency. Prior roles at Route include Engineering Manager for Internal Systems & Merchant Platform and Senior Data Engineer, contributing to the establishment of foundational data infrastructure. Jacob’s prior experience at Qualtrics involved developing tools for data analysis, and previous roles included database engineering with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and analytics research at Brigham Young University. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
