Matt Phipps

Matt Phipps has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Matt started their career at Magna International in 2013 as a Project and Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked until 2015. After that, they joined Grupo Antolin and took on the role of Process Engineer from 2016 to 2022. Within the same company, they also worked as a Project and Manufacturing Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Matt is employed at TopHat as a Senior System Engineer, starting in 2022.

Matt Phipps started their education in 2004 at De Lisle Catholic Science College, where they obtained their A-Levels and GCSEs. In 2008, they enrolled in Loughborough College, where they pursued ABC Motor Vehicle Studies Level 1 with a focus on Vehicle Maintenance. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, Matt attended Sheffield Hallam University. At the university, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on a Sandwich Degree program.
