Amy Waters is the VP of Customer Success at Topia. Amy has over 14 years of experience in customer success and operations leadership.

Waters started their career at Endeavor Telecom in 2007 as a customer success operations leader. Amy was quickly promoted with oversight for the entire end-to-end client support and service lifecycle. During their time at Endeavor, they built and managed a rapidly-growing team of 40 service and technical support specialists and 5 team leaders responsible for 24x7, 365-day per year operations. The company was recognized as a Georgia Fast 40 Business during their tenure.

In 2014, Waters moved to UKG (formerly Ultimate Software) as the director of customer success for benefits services. During their time at UKG, they advanced quickly through customer success leadership roles and was responsible for the post-live lifecycle, service experience, and customer retention during the large SaaS merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos.

Waters joined Topia in 2020 as the VP of Customer Success. In their current role, they partner on product strategy, scalable offerings, team builds, and operations for Topia's emerging benefits administration SaaS offering.

Amy Waters has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and an ABJ in Publication Management, Spanish from Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Georgia.
