Previously, Maria held positions such as Learning & Development Senior BU Manager at TopNetwork S.p.A., Delivery Manager at Telecom Italia Information Technology, and Program Manager at Poste Italiane. Maria's educational background includes an Executive Master in IT Governance from Luiss Business School and a Master in Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma, among others.
