Talia Nikolao Hight, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager at WEST COAST CLINICAL TRIALS, where they supervised a team of 40+ staff and was responsible for the planning and operations of Phase I-IV clinical trials.

In 2007, they joined Allergan as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, managing sites and vendors for an orphan drug program. Talia forecasted program accruals and costs and managed contracts for all vendors and sites.

At WCCT Global, from 2009 to 2014, Talia held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales/Business Development and Senior Director of Program Management. Talia led a team of business development professionals, achieved annual sales goals, and created strategic plans for new business development. Talia also managed large programs, including the coordination of trial activities, financial forecast/analysis, client relations, and quality control.

From 2014 to 2016, Talia worked as a Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Industry, providing project analysis and revenue projections for clinical trials.

Talia then returned to WCCT Global in 2016 as the Executive Director of Proposals & Analysis, managing a team of analysts and overseeing business proposals, contracts, revenue projection reports, and budget analysis.

In 2019, Talia served as a Volunteer Vice-Chair for the Executive MAPS program at Women in Bio, focusing on engaging, educating, and empowering women in the field.

Most recently, they joined Topography Health in 2020 as the Regional General Manager. Topography Health is a clinical trials platform that empowers doctors in underserved communities to gather evidence within their practice. Talia's role involves expanding physician involvement in research to enhance patient access.

Throughout their career, Talia has demonstrated their expertise in clinical operations, business development, program management, and strategic planning. Talia'sexperience in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trials has provided their with a strong foundation in the healthcare sector.

Talia Nikolao Hight has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Prior to their MBA, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Biological Sciences from the UCI School of Biological Sciences.

In addition to their educational background, Talia Nikolao Hight has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Talia is certified in Essential Good Clinical Practice from Brookwood Global, which they obtained in February 2021. Talia also holds certifications in Ethics and Human Subjects Protection, as well as being a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, both obtained from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. The former was obtained in September 2020, while the latter was acquired in October 2005. Furthermore, Talia is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, which they joined in June 2020.
