Susan Skinner

Susan Skinner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the food and beverage industry. Their most recent position was as the Director of Operations at Topper's Pizza Franchise Co. starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tim Hortons as an Operations Trainer from February 2022 to June 2023. Susan also held various roles at Second Cup, including Director of Operations from January 2018 to April 2021, Regional Director of Operations Western Canada from August 2014 to January 2018, and Regional Operations Manager from August 2012 to August 2014. Susan was a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company from January 2009 to October 2012. Susan's earlier experience includes roles at Whole Foods Market as a team trainer from 2007 to 2012, Subway Sandwiches as a Franchise Consultant from September 2007 to April 2010, and Gloria Jean's Coffees as a Franchisee from October 1998 to May 2007 and Director of Training and Operations Development from April 1996 to October 1998. Susan started their career at Second Cup as a Field Consultant from August 1991 to April 1996 and at Pizza Hut as an Area Field Trainer from January 1986 to August 1991.

Susan Skinner attended the University of Guelph from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Hotel and Food Administration. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
