Dorien Terpstra

Dorien Terpstra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and strategic development within the European markets. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA at Zehnder Group International AG since December 2020, Dorien is also the Managing Director for Zehnder Group Netherlands & Belgium and a member of the Topteam Energy, representing Small and Medium Enterprises. Additional roles include Board Member and Vice President at Binnenklimaat Nederland, participation in Topvrouwen.nl, and involvement with A+O Metalektro. Previously, Dorien held key positions at AFRY and Siemens, notably as VP Head of Business Development and Head of Project Execution, respectively. Dorien holds an MSc in Strategy & Organisation from Open Universiteit and has a strong foundation in consulting and project management across various global markets.
