João Calvo has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. João started their career in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Portugal and later became a Team Leader within the same company. In 2019, they joined StubHub as a Transactional Support specialist. After working there for two years, they moved on to EXCON Services as an Auditor in 2021. João then transitioned to Tiko as a Customer Success Specialist, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Toqio as a Customer Success Manager.
