Wladimir Kato

Wladimir Kato has a strong background in telecommunications engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, obtained in 2008. Wladimir has been with TORA since May 2012, contributing in the roles of Product Management and Engineer. Prior to this position, Wladimir served as an Expeditionary Fleet Monitor at the United Earth Directorate from October 2003 to May 2012.
