Punit Dave

Punit Dave is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and formulation. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Torani since June 2022, Punit previously held roles including Product Development Technologist at Wells Enterprises and Food Scientist II at Santini Foods, Inc. Punit's expertise includes formulating recipes based on customer requirements, conducting laboratory scale sample runs, and performing sensory analyses to refine product formulations. Earlier, Punit worked as a Product Development Scientist at Echo Lake Foods and as an Executive Officer at Sumul Dairy, where responsibilities included managing production schedules and overseeing daily operations. Punit holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Technology from Anand Agricultural University.
