Joseph Stamenkovich

Joseph Stamenkovich is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the autonomous driving sector. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Torc Robotics since 2019, Joseph has also held roles as Senior Autonomous Driving Software Engineer and Autonomous Driving Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Joseph was a Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, focusing on innovative solutions for autonomous systems from August 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experiences include internships at NAVAIR and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), providing valuable insights into avionics and systems engineering, respectively. Joseph also contributed to Virginia Tech's Department of Engineering Education as an Academic Ambassador and supervised intramural sports events at Virginia Tech from 2014 to 2016. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
