Marnie Young

Marnie Young is currently the Chief People Officer at Torc Robotics. Marnie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and talent management.

Marnie started their career as a Recruiter at Vanstar in 1996. In 1998 they left Vanstar to join GE Digital, where they spent the next 19 years in various Human Resources roles, including Sr. Human Resources Director. In 2017 they left GE Digital to join Luna Innovations Incorporated as their Director of Human Resources. Marnie held this position for two years before joining Torc Robotics in 2020.

Marnie Young works with Andrew Culhane - Chief Strategy Officer, John Marinaro - VP, Fleet Operations, and Ben Hastings - Chief Technology Officer. Marnie Young reports to Michael Fleming, CEO and Co-Founder.
