Melissa Sheridan

Melissa Sheridan has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Melissa began their career as a Recruitment Director and Sales Leadership at Cydcor, where they were responsible for high volume recruiting for sales and marketing campaigns. Melissa then worked as a Recruiting Account Manager at Stanley Staffing, where they focused on filling open job orders and servicing active accounts. Melissa later joined Eaton as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, University Relations- Talent Acquisition, where they managed the Eaton Talent Scout Network process and coordinated recruiting events. Melissa then worked at Alexander Mann Solutions as a Recruitment Business Partner, before moving on to Torch Group, Inc. and SilverLine Consulting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In their current role at SilverLine Consulting, Melissa serves as the Vice President of Recruitment. Melissa'sexperience spans a wide range of industries, including executive search, human capital consulting, and talent management.
