Nicole Manso

Nicole Manso has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Nicole began their career at Bear Cartage & Intermodal, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist in 2005. Nicole then moved to FedEx Freight in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist. In 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and OS&D Clerk at UPS Freight. In 2010, they worked as an Nalco Account Representative at National Container Company. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at CN in roles such as Chief Crew Caller, Chief Administrative Assistant, and Train Reporting Clerk. Most recently, they have been working at Torch as an Enterprise Carrier Sales, Senior Team Lead Carrier Sales, and Carrier Procurement and Development.

Nicole Manso obtained a certification in Overages, Shortages, & Damages from UPS Freight in 2008. Nicole then attended the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
