Kelley Vanderbilt

Kelley Vanderbilt is an experienced Program Analyst and F-15 subject matter expert at Torch Technologies, Inc. since October 2021, specializing in the planning, managing, and execution of F-15 upgrades. Prior experience includes serving as an Adversary Tactics Pilot at Draken International, where mission planning and execution supported Air Force fighter combat training. Vanderbilt also held positions as a Program Analyst with Bevilacqua Research Corporation, an Operations Analyst at T3I Solutions, and leadership roles within various units of the U.S. Air Force, including Deputy Commander of the 4th Air Support Operations Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
