Kit West

Kit West has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Buffalo Lodge and Grill, where they were involved in designing, constructing, and managing the business. In 1995, Kit West became an Owner/Partner and Ranch Manager until 2012. Concurrently, from 1997 to 2012, they also served as the Varsity Men's Basketball Coach at Platte County School District 1. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Manager at Superior Livestock until 2013. In 2014, Kit West became a Personal Automotive Consultant at Bob Ruwart Motors Inc. They then moved on to become an Account Manager and Small Business Consultant at The Fence Post from 2016 to 2020. In parallel, they were involved in their own business, Kit West Motors LLC, from 2015 to 2022 as the Owner. In 2020, they joined TeTon.biz as an Advisory Services and Business Developer to bring out the best version of individuals. They currently work as the Business Development Director and Broker Relations at CH Brown Co., LLC, where they focus on building broker relationships in the equipment finance industry. Additionally, Kit West mentors business owners and startups at Torch, a platform that connects employees with resources and feedback for career success.

Kit West obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Western Colorado University, which was attended from 1989 to 1993. Following this, in 1993, Kit West pursued further education in Ag Law at the University of Wyoming for a duration of two years. In 1986 to 1988, Kit West attended Colorado Northwestern Community College and acquired a Private Pilot certification, specializing in Aviation. Additionally, in 2018, Kit West received a certification in Ranching from Ranching For Profit.
