Nicole Swinkels has held various roles in the past seven years. In 2021, they became the Manager of Customer Experiences and Experience Manager at Torch, where they were responsible for partnering with participants to increase the development, engagement, and desired behavior change through optimal use of Torch’s learning experiences driven by their software. Nicole was also responsible for delivering exceptional experiences by monitoring participant progress, survey responses, and providing support and resolution to meet any needs in order to ensure great outcomes. From 2016 to 2021, Nicole held two roles at Target. As an Executive Team Leader - General Merchandise, they oversaw the professional development of 5 Team Leaders and 35 Team Members with a focus on guest experience and business ownership. Nicole also owned the inbound and outbound process for the store, ensuring all merchandise trucks were stocked on the floor efficiently. As an Executive Team Leader - Style, they lead a team of 3 Team Leaders and 25 Team Members with a focus in guest experience and inspiring merchandising. Nicole trained, coached, and inspired their Team Leaders to assess their business and create plans around their workload in order to meet business metrics and guest expectations. Nicole also analyzed sales and guest shopping trends to drive and create inspiring merchandising displays across the Style floorpad. In 2014, Nicole held the role of Marketing Coordinator/Event Staff Manager at Limberg Eye Surgery, Inc.
Nicole Swinkels attended Cuesta College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Nicole then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2015 to 2017, studying Business Administration - Marketing.
