Jennifer Todd has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer started their career in 1996 as a Staff Accountant at Planet Hollywood and then worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at Button Transportation in 1998-1999. Jennifer then joined Robert Half International as a Staffing Manager from 1999 to 2000. Jennifer continued to expand their professional horizons by joining Inlingua as a Business English Instructor from 2001 to 2003. In 2008, Jennifer became a Marketing Recruiter at McKinley Marketing Partners, where they played a pivotal role in placing interim marketing professionals with Fortune 1000 companies. Most recently, Jennifer has been associated with TorchLight Hire, where they held various positions, including Client Services Manager from 2012 to 2017 and Sr. Manager, Client Services from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director, Client Services and Engagement.

Jennifer Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Austin Peay State University.
