Julie Lowe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Julie started their career at Oakwood Worldwide in 1993 as a Sr. Manager of Professional and Organizational Development, where they designed and implemented corporate training programs. Julie then worked as a Contract Recruiter/Talent Analyst at The Cheesecake Factory, pre-screening candidates and conducting exit interviews.

In 2008, Julie joined Tetratech-Engineering Management Consultants as a Sr. Human Resources Analyst, recruiting for a contract with Lockheed Martin and TSA. Julie also served as a liaison between employees and TetraTech.

Julie then joined Knowledge Continuity Consultants in 2010 as a Knowledge Capture Specialist. Their role involved documenting and organizing retiring employees' knowledge for the Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate at Fort Belvoir.

In 2011, Julie became a Corporate Recruiter for Aegis Defense Services, LLC, where they recruited talent for a newly formed corporate office supporting government contracts. Julie worked closely with senior leaders to determine department needs and conducted the entire recruitment process.

Julie's next career move was to TorchLight Hire in 2012, where they worked as a Vice President of Client Services and Recruiting. Their responsibilities included filling contract and direct hire placements for clients. Julie also maintained a candidate database and ensured the best match for both clients and candidates.

In 2019, Julie took on the role of Chief Culture Officer at TorchLight Hire. Julie continued to fulfill recruitment responsibilities while also being involved in the agency's marketing and creative solutions.

In 2023, Julie transitioned to TorchLight Marketing, formerly Big Lens, and continued as the Chief Culture Officer. Julie played a key role in providing digital marketing and media agency solutions, including programmatic advertising, SEM, paid social media, and analytics.
