Patricia McKluskey

Patricia McKluskey is a 34-year Torcon employee who has advanced through a series of administrative and management positions. She currently oversees human resources-related programs at the company, including personnel issues, benefits administration, affirmative action, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Patricia is also responsible for the development and administration of annual anti-harassment and business ethics seminars.
