Ben Waldera

Ben Waldera has extensive work experience in engineering and design roles. Ben is currently working as a Principal Design Engineer at The Toro Company. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Phillips-Medisize from 2018 to 2023. Ben also gained experience at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they held various roles including Sr. Financial Analyst, Business Development, Project Lead Engineer, and Mechanical Design Engineer from 2012 to 2018. Ben started their career as a Tech Aide at 3M from 2008 to 2010.

Ben Waldera completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Before their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, which they completed between 2006 and 2010.
