Justin Gordon

Justin Gordon is a Learning and Enablement Consultant at Toronto Community Housing, where responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing training programs, deploying AI and automation workflows, managing a substantial training budget, and establishing ROI measurement frameworks. Previously, Justin served as a Learning and Development Officer at the Toronto District School Board, leading onboarding and professional development initiatives while implementing data-driven assessment strategies.
