Ruba al-Nazer

Ruba Al-Nazer is an experienced professional with a strong background in social impact and community investment initiatives. Since October 2019, Ruba has served as the Associate Director of Social Impact at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, leading workforce development initiatives that support over 400 companies and 50,000 workers at Toronto Pearson Airport, while also managing community investment and Indigenous Relations programs. Previous roles include Senior Manager at ACCES Employment, overseeing the Construction Trades Project, and Project Manager for The Sidra Project at Artscape, a collaboration with the United Nations. Ruba's career spans various positions in community management, event planning, strategic development, and production management, demonstrating a commitment to creating positive social change and fostering inclusive environments. Ruba holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Programming from Princess Sumaya University for Science and Technology.
