Mohammed Enshassi

Mohammed Enshassi, PhD, P.Eng, PMI-RMP, and MBA candidate, serves as the Acting Risk Manager and Risk Assessment Officer at the Toronto Transit Commission since September 2020. Enshassi is also pursuing an MBA at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Previous experience includes a role as a Risk Management Specialist at PCL Construction, where significant improvements in project performance were achieved through advanced risk assessment techniques, and positions at BRB Holding Inc as Senior Project Engineer, Erenport Construction Industry & Trade Inc. as Project Coordinator, and the Municipality of Gaza as Project Engineer. Enshassi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a Master's degree in Engineering Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University, and a Civil Engineering degree from IUG, Palestine.
