Todd Hyatt

Todd Hyatt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law and business. As Co-Founder and General Counsel at Torren Management since February 2024, Todd has focused on providing multi-family office services to ultra high-net-worth clients. Additionally, Todd is a Founding Member at 18Lions and serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance Direct Benefits, which offers employee benefits solutions. Since March 2014, Todd has operated Hyatt Law, delivering general counsel and risk management services. Previously, Todd was a Partner at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, where litigation expertise was applied across multiple practice areas, and served as an Attorney at Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP, specializing in labor and employment law. Todd holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Emory University and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
