Bohdana Kozak

Senior Vice President Chief Risk Officer at Torrington Savings Bank

Bohdana Kozak has a strong background in risk management and banking. Bohdana started their career at Ion Bank in 2006, where they held various roles such as AVP, Risk Officer, and Risk Officer & Internal Audit Manager. During their time at Ion Bank, they gained extensive experience in overseeing risk management processes and internal audits. In 2021, Bohdana joined Torrington Savings Bank as a Senior Vice President Chief Risk Officer and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), where they are responsible for leading and implementing risk management strategies at the bank.

Bohdana Kozak pursued their education with a focus on developing their knowledge and skills in various fields. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Criminal Justice. Following this, between 2015 and 2018, Bohdana studied at New England College of Business, majoring in Accounting, with a concentration in Accounting and Business/Management. Lastly, from 2018 to 2021, they attended Cambridge College, where they attained a Master's degree in Compliance.
