Lalit Suresh has a diverse background in learning and development roles. Lalit is currently the Global Head of Learning and Development at Torry Harris Integration Solutions since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at IBM from October 2019 to March 2020. Lalit also served as the Head of Training Operations at HCL Technologies from January 2018 to September 2019. Lalit has experience as a Training Manager at Myntra from April 2015 to May 2017. Before that, they worked as a self-employed trainer and consultant, specializing in learning strategies, training needs identification, and competency mapping. Lalit also worked as a Corporate Training Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from May 2012 to February 2013. Lalit started their career as a Deputy Manager HR - Learning & Talent Development at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation from September 2004 to May 2012. Prior to that, Lalit gained experience as a Senior Customer Care Executive at EXL from July 2002 to August 2004.

Lalit Suresh earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University, from 2011 to 2013. Lalit also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from PESIHM, Bangalore. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including a CPLP from ATD Orange County in 2017, a Certified Learning and Development Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA in 2014, and a Train the Trainer certification from the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT) in 2013. Lalit Suresh has also obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage and Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency from Udemy, both in 2020. Lastly, they hold a Certified TESOL Practitioner certification from TESOL, Phuket, Thailand in 2009.
