Magda Dubois

Magda Dubois, PhD, is a Data Scientist currently employed at TORTUS since September 2023. Previously, Magda completed a Machine Learning Engineer Internship at Entrepreneur First from April to August 2023, engaging in intensive business training and startup development. A brief tenure as a Data Scientist at Science to Data Science (S2DS) involved collaborating on a natural language processing project for Deutsche Welle. Prior experiences include a Founder's Associate role at Numinous, focusing on strategy and product development for mental health solutions, as well as a PhD in Computational Cognitive Neuroscience from UCL, where experimental design and data analysis on human decision-making were key initiatives. Previous research positions spanned institutions such as the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and Harvard Medical School, while educational qualifications include a Master’s in Bioengineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s in Bioengineering from EPFL.
