Christina Kabalen

Christina Kabalen serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tosca since November 2023, focusing on operational efficiency. Previously, Christina held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at TC Transcontinental from January 2020 to November 2023, and served as Division Human Resources Manager at Atlas Roofing Corporation from February 2018 to January 2020, where leadership of a team of five HR Managers supported two business units and multiple manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior and Human Resources Manager at Coveris Group, and multiple positions at Atlas Roofing Corporation, including HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. Christina began their career at Briggs & Stratton Power Products, LLC, where experiences ranged from HR Generalist to HR Manager in a unionized environment. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from Murray State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Paducah Community College.
