James Fornabaio

James Fornabaio is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. Prior to their current position, Fornabaio served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Credit Suisse from May 2005 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the design, delivery, and control of all health and welfare benefit plans offered to over 10,000 employees, their families and retirees in countries within the Americas Region. James oversaw over $100 million of annual benefits spend and was also selected for key strategy and leadership roles for HR Transformation initiatives within Global HR. These initiatives created and implemented a re-design of the 1000+ employee International HR Department and put into service a new PeopleSoft HR system, new employee portal, global HR service centers and redefined HR roles. As part of these initiatives, Fornabaio also completed a short-term assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.

James Fornabaio has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. James also has certification from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPC) as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
