Shanita Edwards

Shanita Edwards, MISM, currently serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, overseeing software implementation projects for the PMO since August 2022. With 20 years of corporate IT experience and four years in small and medium business consulting, Shanita launched SME Consulting and Management to assist entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals. Prior experience at UPS includes roles such as Solutions Sales Engagement Supervisor, where strategies for business process improvements were developed, and Technical Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on product verification for business applications. Shanita holds a Master of Information Systems Management with a focus on eCommerce from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Post Baccalaureate in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
