John Kelly is a Process Optimisation Support Analyst at Toshiba Tec UK, previously working as an Application Support Analyst at Hindsight Software Ltd. With experience in retail as a Retail Store Assistant at Totally Wicked and in the technology sector as a First Line Support at 4D, John graduated with a degree in Software Engineering BSc from Kingston University.
