Edward Hrinya has extensive experience in community development and workforce training, currently serving as the Employer Relations Manager at Total Action for Progress (TAP) since December 2016. In this role, Edward oversees the $1.3 million CareerForge job training program, collaborates with various educational and employment organizations, and monitors program outcomes. Edward previously worked in roles such as Fatherhood Development Specialist and Support Counselor, emphasizing life skills and job readiness for diverse populations.
