Joe Simpson is an experienced technician with a diverse background in service and support roles, currently serving as a Field Service Technician at Total Automation Group, Inc. since July 2022, where responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and repair of perimeter security devices for major corporations and local/federal agencies.
