Joe Sarbinowski joined Total Bank Solutions as a Partner in 2017 with more than 30 years of financial services industry experience. He spent most of his career at Deutsche Bank, holding a variety of senior and C-level positions, including serving as Global Head of Liquidity Management. In this capacity, he built a global cash management investment business, including an FDIC-insured deposit sweep program, to serve banks and other financial intermediaries.
