Mohammad Malki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mohammad began their career at Bupa Arabia in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service representative until 2010. Mohammad then joined Tawuniya, where they held various positions such as Relationship Executive, Senior Account Executive, Account Manager (Broker Channel), and Regional Underwriter (Medical-Takaful) until 2017. Following that, Malki worked at United Cooperative Assurance (UCA) as an Assistant Director (Health and Protection) and later as a Medical Underwriting Manager from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined MEDGULF Saudi Arabia as a Broker Relationship Regional Manager, and subsequently moved to Total Care Saudi in 2019. At Total Care Saudi, Malki has held several roles including H&U Project Manager/Regional Manager, Deputy CEO, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

Mohammad Malki completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from King AbdulAziz University, from the years 2011 to 2015. Mohammad also obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management from Hilton World Wide from 2002 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Malki has obtained several certifications. These include "Innovation with AI in health care" from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Center for Executive and Continuing Professional Education in May 2023.

Furthermore, they have acquired certifications such as "Advanced health insurance technical," "Leading through competencies," and "Large account management process," all obtained in September 2016. Mohammad also completed a certification program called "IFCE" from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority-SAMA in 2011.

Before that, they acquired certifications in "Life Insurance program" in 2011, "Foundation management" and "Sales negotiation skills" in 2010, "Customer service capability" in 2008, "Best quality Customer Service" in 2006, "Business English" from the British Council in May 2005, and "Medical Terminology" from Bupa Arabia in 2005.
