Richard Hayner

Richard Hayner is a seasoned HVAC Technician Specialist with extensive experience in building performance and service management. Since August 2013, Richard has served as a Building Performance Specialist at Total Comfort Solutions. Prior roles include Executive Board Member at Dorchester Paws from March 2016 to April 2022, and Service Manager/Project Manager at Mechanical Systems & Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Richard began a successful career in the HVAC industry at Trane as a Service Technician and Field Supervisor from 1996 to 2007, following a role as a Service Technician in the United States Air Force from May 1992 to March 1996. Richard holds a High School Diploma from Afton High School and furthered education at American Military University from August 1993 to March 1996.
