Bill Fox

Bill Fox is currently working as the VP Customer Service at Total Networks since November 2008. Prior to that, Bill worked at Mitel as the US Operations Manager, IT Services until the merger in 2007. Before that, Bill held the position of MIS Operations Manager at Inter-Tel. With a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, Bill has a wealth of experience in the IT and hospitality industries, including roles at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and Red Robin.
