Lindy M Saner

Lindy M Saner, M. Ed. has had a progressive work experience, primarily focused on learning and development. Lindy M started their career at Monmouth Jewelers as a Sales Associate in 2000. In 2006, they joined Total Quality Logistics as a Sales Training Specialist and gradually moved up the ranks, serving as a Sales Training Specialist Team Lead, Sales Training Team Supervisor, and National Training Team Manager. In 2019, they became the Senior Learning & Development Manager and then transitioned to their most recent role as the Director of Learning and Development in 2020.

Lindy M Saner, M. Ed. obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, Lindy received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
