In their most recent role as Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Total Quality Logistics, Rick oversaw the financial planning and analysis as well as credit operations for the largest privately-held third-party logistics firm in North America. Rick was responsible for managing a team of 50 finance employees and making crucial financial decisions.

Prior to that, Rick held the position of Director of Finance at Total Quality Logistics, where they supervised financial planning and analysis, credit, and collections. Rick managed a team of 90 finance employees and played a key role in budget management, financial modeling, and credit decisions.

Before their tenure at Total Quality Logistics, Rick served in the US Army for ten years. Rick held various positions, including US Military Officer, Research and Analysis Production Manager, Executive Officer to the Senior Intelligence Manager, Logistics Manager, and Company Commander. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex operations.

Rick's military experience involved planning, executing, and overseeing military campaigns and intelligence operations. Rick also managed logistics operations, supervised personnel, and achieved exceptional results in combat situations. Their accomplishments include publishing over 900 professional assessments in 12 months and being rated in the top 5% of all US Army officers.
