Charlotte Aschim 🍎♻️

Charlotte Aschim has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry and in the construction industry since 2011. Charlotte began their career as a Lock Manager at Kiwi Sandakerveien in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Surveying Engineer at Røyken Kommune, Asker Oppmåling AS, and Isachsen Gruppen AS. In 2015, they worked as an Engineer at PAS Ingeniører AS. In 2016, they became the CEO and Founder of Aschim Holding AS. In 2018, they joined the Advisory Board of Ose Water AS. In 2019, they became a Member Board of Directors for Founder Institute Norway and a Board Member for NCE Smart Energy Markets. Lastly, in 2017, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of TotalCtrl. At TotalCtrl, Charlotte has developed an award-winning technology that has reduced food waste, increased traceability, and ensured a circular food system.

Charlotte Aschim obtained their Master's degree in Eiendomsfag from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Adolf Øien from 2004 to 2007. In 2018, they obtained an Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot Academy, followed by a Frictionless Sales certification and a HubSpot Sales Software certification in 2019.
