Ricardo Monagas

Ricardo Monagas has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. Ricardo began their career in 2012 as Co-Founder & CEO of Uppersky, where they helped startup founders with the design and development of their websites and mobile apps. In 2017, they became a Mentor for Start-Up Chile, and in 2018 they took on roles as CTO for both TotalCtrl and Pragulic. In 2019, they acted as a Business Mentor for Femme Palette and a Mentor for the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. In 2020, they became an Investor & CTO for Alien in Bohemia, and in 2022 they Co-Founded a family business, Andy's Bakery. Ricardo also Co-Founded a family business, Andres Eloy Latam, in 2018.

Ricardo Monagas attended Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana from 2007 to 2012, where they earned an Ingeniero en Informática degree in Computer Software Engineering. Ricardo also earned a Tecnólogo en computación degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General from the same institution from 2007 to 2011.
