Haydie Gautani

Haydie Gautani, MM has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. In 2006, Haydie worked as a QA Engineer at Nidec Motor Corporation. From 2008 to 2011, Haydie was a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance. Haydie then joined SunPower Corporation in 2011 and held various positions, including Technical Support Engineer and Sr. Commercial Design Engineer. From 2022 onwards, Haydie is currently working at TotalEnergies as the Proposal and Project Design Team Lead. Throughout the years, Haydie has gained expertise in PV system design, technical support, and project management.

Haydie Gautani has a Master's degree in Management from the Technological University of the Philippines, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn and Refocus Digital Academy, covering topics such as data analytics, vocal confidence, resilience, self-leadership, and strategic planning.
