Pauline Dietlin

Pauline Dietlin has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Pauline started their career as a Junior Consultant at AMPW & Associés in 2002. Pauline then worked at Total in various roles such as Economist, Market Analyst, Buyer, and Contracts Engineer from 2005 to 2014. After that, they joined Site Group for Services & Well Drilling Co. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager and Tender Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Contracts Engineer at Total E&P Cyprus and Maersk Oil. Pauline continued their tenure at Maersk Oil until 2018, taking on responsibilities such as Cross Business Units contracting, change management, and project management. Finally, they returned to Total in 2018 as the Senior Procurement Synergy Lead for Wells, and in 2019 they became the Head of General Affairs - Offshore Product Line, a role they held at both Total and Total E&P.

Pauline Dietlin obtained a Baccalauréat in Mathematics from Lycée Vauvenargues in 1999.
