Richey Carlson

Richey Carlson is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in renewable energy development and construction. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Construction at Aypa Power since January 2023, Richey previously held roles as Construction Manager at 174 Power Global and sPower, as well as at The AES Corporation. Prior experience includes site management at RPCS, distributed solar construction at RES Americas, and establishing Tom Green Ready Mix, which rapidly expanded in the Texas market. Richey also contributed as a Quality Control Manager at Cummings Electrical and as Construction Superintendent for a significant Halliburton project. Richey’s career began as Owner/Director at C-5 Utilities, overseeing underground utility construction. Richey studied at the Community College of the Air Force and Texas Tech University.
