Igor Matias has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Igor started their career in 2013 as an Estagiário Administrativo at Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) and worked there for a year. In 2015, they worked as an Assistente de Logística at Nestlé for nine months.

Igor then transitioned into the retail sector and worked at M.Officer as a Vendedor de varejo from November 2016 to January 2018. Igor was later promoted to Subgerente da equipe, a role they held from January 2018 to January 2019.

In 2019, Igor joined Piattino, a technology company, where they worked in Marketing. Igor was responsible for conducting market research, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. Igor left Piattino in August 2019.

Following their time at Piattino, Igor joined Grupo Tecnoset and worked as Inteligência de Mercado from August 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they conducted market research, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings for the sales executives. Igor also analyzed the market to identify competitors and new opportunities.

Igor Matias completed their higher education at Centro Universitário FAM from 2018 to 2021, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at E.E. Professor Samuel Morse from 2012 to 2014, earning a high school diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Igor Matias has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they acquired certifications in Sales Engagement from Reev, Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn, Effective Leadership from LinkedIn, Sales Team Management from Sebrae, and Persuasion Techniques in Sales from LinkedIn.
